Thomas Stanziale, Esq.
Thomas Stanziale, Esq. began his professional career atop the World Trade Center serving now-famous financial equities juggernaut, Cantor Fitzgerald. He left by choice not long before the tragic events of 9/11. It was soon afterwards that Mr. Stanziale decided to enter the legal profession, and joined his father’s 40-year personal injury practice. His work contributed to changing law on a state level in both insurance coverage cases for injury claims and holding corporate defendants accountable no matter their size, resolve or resources.
Mr. Stanziale draws upon extensive experience in matters of personal injury civil litigation, business litigation, corporate and contract law, employment law, medical malpractice, landlord/tenant matters, intellectual property, and real estate - just to name a few. His vision, instincts, focus and drive make him a fierce opponent, and a highly valuable advocate. Thomas has recovered millions of dollars for his clients, never compromising ethics or zeal.
Thomas understands what it takes to lead and win: a trait he honed as a college and professional athlete. He is an All-American, two-time NCAA Captain, and was the NCAA Division I North Atlantic Conference Player of the Year. Thomas still volunteers his time to coach both boy’s and girl’s youth sports on Long Island.
